Zeba Bakhtiar was born on 05-11-1962 in Quetta in the state of Baluchistan, Pakistan. She is a Pakistani Film Actress, Television Actress & Television Director who known for her work in Bollywood and Urdu films.
CAREER
Zeba Bakhtiar attended a convent school in her childhood and then pursued law from Kinnaird College present in Lahore. Zeba entered into the acting world with the Pakistani TV series named Anarkali which came out in the year 1988, it gave her enough experience and confidence to take the road towards Bollywood.
The Bollywood super hit movie, Henna, starring Zeba and Rishi Kapoor was released in the year 1991 which was Zeba’s first step towards glory in Bollywood. The movie received a lot of acknowledgment and love. She went on to take up projects like Deshwasi(1991), Mohabbat Ki Arzoo (1994), Stuntmen(1994) etc., that didn’t do quite well at the box office.
Her 1995 release of the movie Sargam, a Pakistani film, turned out to be a humongous hit for Zeba. She earned a lot of credit for her role in this film. She received a Nigar Award for Sargamin the same year.
Post the movie Sargam, Zeba gave average hits like Muqadma, Qaid, Babu, O21 and Bin Roye.She was also seen in a few TV shows like Tansen, Laag, Mulaquat, Mehmaan, Moum , Masuri and Aye Mere Pyar Ki Khushboo.
