How do I check my breasts for changes and signs of breast cancer?

A breast check should be carried out at different time of menstrual calendar. This is very important for every woman in preventing breast cancer and should be become a habit. You should aim become breast aware which means you should know how the breast feels and what is normal for you as every one is different. The best way to check is in front of the mirror standing first and then followed by lying down. Things to look for are colour changes , skin conditions, any discharge, any lumps. If you notice anything not normal for you, contact your GP who can examine further. There are lots of helpful videos and images available online showing signs to look for.
